In February 2022, Greenwood’s sponsors, Nike, fired him following his arrest the previous month on allegations of attempted rape and assault.

Greenwood has continuously denied any wrongdoing; therefore, Crown Prosecution Services withdrew the allegations in February.

Greenwood was loaned out by Manchester United to La Liga team Getafe in August after the Premier League powerhouses determined that an internal probe would not allow him to stay with the team.

The 22-year-old posted a picture of several pairs of £23,000 Nike sneakers on social media on Tuesday.

The footwear were observed emerging from a Chrome Hearts Cemetery Cross Duffle Bag worth £4,600.

Greenwood would have paid nearly £9,000 for a pair of platinum Cactus Plant Flea Market Pure Platinum Nike Dunk Lows, while Desert Moss would have paid £2113 for a similar pair.

The striking £12,404 value of his black Nike Air Force 1 Low ’07 sneakers is unfathomable.

Mason Greenwood is no longer associated with Nike, an official from the company informed The Sun.

The firm had stopped giving him new shoes, after he had been spotted training in a pair of seven-year-old Nike Mercurial Superfly 4 boots.

This season, the Getafe attacker has also participated in games wearing used Nike boots.

Only one of his three goals this season has come in La Liga out of his ten appearances for the Spanish team.

The child’s name and gender have not been disclosed, although Greenwood and his partner Harriet Robson welcomed the child together in July.

Although his Manchester United contract doesn’t expire until2025, he and the club decided that he would leave in August.

It is unknown if he will be loaned to another team or sold the next season.
