Former Manchester United star Jesse Lingard, currently a free agent since departing Nottingham Forest last season, has shared an update on his fitness journey as he actively seeks a new club.

 

Lingard, 30, recently posted a training montage on social media, showcasing his dedication to staying in top form. During the offseason, Lingard had been training with Saudi club Al-Ettifaq in the hope of securing a new contract.

 

The attacker spent a month training with Steven Gerrard’s team, alongside football talents such as Jordan Henderson, Moussa Dembélé, and Georginio Wijnaldum.
