Recently, Rumer Willis posted photos of herself cuddling up to her 7-month-old daughter Louetta “Lou” Isley. Even though the adorable, drowsy baby looked quite adorable nestled up with her mother, viewers couldn’t help but notice something else in one of the pictures.
The Sorority Row actress is reclining on a fluffy pink chair in the first photo she uploaded to Instagram. Lou is dozing off in her mother’s arms while donning a matching set of pink sweaters. To see Lou awake, slide to the second photo. With a grin on her face, Willis raises her daughter in the air, a la Lion King. The picture itself is priceless, but the focus of conversation is what’s hanging on the wall behind the mother and daughter. A framed black-and-white picture of Willis as a little child, playing in the sand at the beach and reaching out to embrace her father Bruce Willis, hangs on the wall. It is so touching to see that old picture of Willis cradling her own daughter in her arms.

The Die Hard star and the House Bunny actress’ daughter share one characteristic, the actress said recently.
Bruce Willis is all I see when she has a tough, perceptive expression on her face, Willis said to PEOPLE. “I see so much of that [mischievous] twinkle in her eye, and my dad has this little side smirk, especially on [TV series] Moonlighting.” What a lovely present!
