During a Sunday night Instagram Live session, Cardi B revealed that she and Offset had split up.

The 31-year-old rapper informed her fans that she has “been single for a minute now,” but she was hesitant to tell them because she didn’t know how to break the news, according to E! News.

The artist informed her fans that she was “curious for a new life, for a new beginning,” but she remained upbeat about her future despite allegations that her divorced husband had cheated on her with Chrisean Rock.

The rapper from Bodak Yellow went on to sаy that she was “excited” about this new chapter in her life.

Those with keen eyes saw that last week, Cardi (real nаme: Belcalis Marlenis Almánzar) and Offset (real nаme: Kiari Kendrell Cephus), both 31 years old, unfollowed one another.

The news comes just a week after a rather cryptic Instagram story post where she revealed, ‘You know sometimes you just outgrow relationships’

The rapper said, “You know sometimes you just outgrow relationships,” in a mysteriоus Instagram story post.

‘I’m weary of protecting people’s feelings… I GOTTA PUT MYSELF FIRST,’ she continued in the following story post.

She made her runway debut at the Balenciaga Fall 2024 Fashion Show, and a few days prior, she was spotted at a party in West Hollywood.

An hour prior to Cardi’s mysteriоus posts, Offset shared a video snippet from the 1983 Scarface film directed by Al Pacino.

In the opening scene of the video, the title character is by himself in a large bathtub and exclaims, “Hey, guy! Who assembled this? Me. Who is that? In whom do I have faith? Me.

Uncertain if that was directed towards Cardi, he hasn’t shared anything since his spouse’s Instagram stories.

Throughout their turbulent relationship, the couple has undoubtedly been on the outside before.

As per a November 2017 Twitter video, Cardi B recalled that she and her partner met at a ‘business event’ in 2016. He was quite eager to speak with me.

According to reports, they began dating in January 2017 and together released the song “Lick” in the same month.

A few weeks later, Cardi confirmed she was pregnant during a performance on Saturday Night Live, sparking pregnancy speculations. The pair had Kulture, their first child, in June 2018.
