Russell Wilson gifted his wife Ciara a $36 million mansion after she gave birth to the family’s sixth daughter.
ѕυρєя Bowl-winning former Seattle Seahawks dual-тняєαт quarterback Russell Wilson and anonymous fashion model/R&B singer Ciara have listed their Bellevue, Washingtоn, mansion for $36 million after Wilson was dealt to the Denver Broncos.
With the sale of their two-parcel waterfront estate, the singer of “Goodies” and “Speechless,” an industrious businessman and devoted philanthropist, and Wilson, who was once the highest-paid player in the NFL and earned $35 million annually during his final years with the Seahawks, hope to triple their fortune. The two plots were bought for $13.4 million in two separate transactions: one in 2015, the year before their marriage, and the other in 2019.
The two lots are listed separately by Windermere Real Estate Co.’s Carmen and Chandler Gayton: the adjacent plot with a detached garage and sport court is listed for $8 million, while the main house parcel is valued at $28 million.
The combined area of the two properties is roughly 1.9 beautifully landscaped acres, sloping down to 270 feet of breathtaking Lake Washingtоn shoreline. The opulent main house was built in 2007 atop a hill with views of the city and the water.
Six bedrooms, five bathrooms, and two powder rooms are served by an elevator and a ∂яαмαтι¢ circular wrought iron staircase spread across three stories and slightly more than 11,000 square feet.
Highlights include a 20-foot entrance, two formal dining rooms, and a black library/office. The large room is split by Corinthian columns with groin vaults. On one side is a huge kitchen with beautifully carved вσиє-white woodwork.
There are Southeast Asian antique wood doors with intricate carvings, four exquisitely carved stone fireplaces, and a circular dining bay off the great room that overlooks downtown Seattle and the lake.
The opulent bathroom of the main bedroom is covered in several shades of purple velvet, ranging from plum to violet to eggplant, and features a garden tub and a cedar sauna.
The large suite’s “Hollywood-worthy glam room” and 200 square feet of custom closet space add even more extravagance.
There’s a nice screening room with wood paneling and a games and lounge on the remodeled lower floor.
A two-story treehouse in the backyard that appeals more to adults than kids has a leather sofa, faux-fur rug, and flat-screen TV. Floor to ceiling windows overlook the city and the water.
