Vin Diesel’s ex-assistant amid claims he ‘forced himself on her’ after hotel party during Fast 5 production in 2010

After a hotel party during the 2010 filming of Fast 5, Vin Diesel’s former assistant is suing the actor for sᴇxual battery, claiming he “forced himself on her.”

According to TMZ, Vin Diesel’s former assistant is suing the star for sᴇxual battery on the grounds that he “forced himself on her” while filming Fast 5 in 2010.

Production company One Race Films reportedly hired Asta Jonasson to serve as 56-year-old Diesel’s assistant when he was filming the film in Georgia.

In records that the tabloid was able to get, Jonasson states that she was there in Diesel’s Atlanta suite at the St. Regis when he was ‘entertaining many ladies.’

She says she was assigned to accompany Diesel out of the hotel to evade the cameras after the final woman departed. While in the suite, she claims the actor grabbed her violently, kissed her, and touched her breast.

Although Jonasson says she tried hard to break free, the actor supposedly persisted.

She asserts After trying to pull her panties down and lifting her dress up, Diesel pinned her to the wall, took her hand, and put it on his hard penis.

She claims that after taking down his cargo shorts, the actor was only wearing his underpants.

Then, according to Jonasson, he started leaning on her and pulling down her panties while masturbating. She says she closed her eyes in an attempt to “dissociate.”

After he was done, she says he pulled up his shorts, declared, “No one can say s**t about Asta,” and walked out of the room.

Hours later, according to Jonasson, Samantha Vincent, president of One Race and sister of Diesel, contacted and sacked her, stating that “they no longer needed her help.”

In her lawsuit, Jonasson claims that she was let go as a result of her resistance to Diesel during the alleged attack.

In addition, Jonasson claims that the reason she kept quiet was due to “her immigration status as a green card holder” and “her fear of Diesel’s power in Hollywood.”

She cites California’s Speak Out Act, which permits victims to file sᴇxual assault lawsuits for alleged instances dating back to 2009, and says she feels inspired by the #MeToo movement.

Asta Jonasson claims that while Diesel, 56, was filming the movie in Georgia, production company One Race Films hired her to be his assistant. She alleges that during their time together, Diesel grabbed, touched, and kissed her without provocation (Diesel is shown in the picture Fast 5).

In addition to One Race Films, Jonasson claims she is suing Diesel for sᴇxual battery, unlawful termination, and a hostile work environment.
