Grammy-winning singer Alicia Keys and her husband, music producer Swizz Beatz, recently sold their vacation property in Phoenix for an impressive $3.1 million, although they continue to live in their state-of-the-art La Jolla, California, house.

The pair spent $20.8 million to buy the beautiful Razor House in 2019. This mansion is a design enthusiast’s dream, with stunning views of the Pacific Ocean cliffs, over 10,000 square feet of living space, and numerous terraces spread throughout the multiple levels.
