Stars from Real Madrid astound fans at Lakers vs. Celtics game

Vinicius Junior and Eduardo Camavinga, two young superstars from Real Madrid FC, were able to see the Lakers vs. Celtics Christmas game from the first rows. Teammate Eduardo Camavinga and Vinicius Jr. posed for pictures while wearing LeBron James jerseys. Witnessing the convergence of two realms piqued the interest of the NBA world. A cheering fan yelled out “Hala Madrid!!” to show their support for the two Real Madrid superstars.

Everyone in the NBA did the same. When the soccer and basketball worlds collided, fans couldn’t have been happier.

Vinicius Junior and Eduardo Camavinga’s basketball knowledge was also greatly appreciated by the fans.

Vinicius Jr. and Camavinga have teamed up with the NBA twice in the span of a week. Paul George and James Harden, two superstars from the Los Angeles Clippers, met with the Real Madrid pair a few days prior. Even better, PG signed Vinicius Junior’s jersey. Unfortunately, the Lakers’ loss to the Boston Celtics today was not a pleasant occasion for the pair.

The Lakers’ victory over the Celtics was not aided by Vinicius Junior donning LeBron James’ jersey. With only 16 points at the game’s end, LeBron had a lackluster showing. After scoring an unprecedented 40 points in the previous game, there is a huge drop. LeBron James’s co-star Anthony Davis explоded for 40 points and grabbed 13 boards. However, Jayson Tatum and company seemed unfazed.

On the Lakers’ home court, Jayson Tatum and Kristaps PorziņĎis scored 53 points between them. Payton Pritchard, Jrue Holiday, Jaylen Brown, and Derrick White all had double-digit scoring efforts. The Lakers’ record dropped to 16-15 after tonight’s game, while the Celtics’ 23-6 record put them comfortably in first place. When Vinicius Junior and Eduardo Camavinga watch LeBron James and company play live, they will be rooting for a victory for James and company.
