After being selected first overall by Cleveland in 2011, Irving paid $800,000 for a 5,500-square-foot home from former Cavaliers Daniel Gibson and Keyshia Cole. This was Irving’s residence prior to his trade to the Boston Celtics.

When Irving wasn’t playing hoops, he probably made use of the movie theater, gym, and recording studio in the mansion. Irving’s lavish residence has a walk-in closet, bathtub, and spacious master bedroom.

Irving sold the estate at the height of his success. The Westlake mansion was sold by the NBA champion in 2017 for a sum of $1.7 million. Irving consented to $755,000 after trying to sell but failing.
