Superstar Rick Ross Invests in a $3.5M Mansion Equipped with an Impressive Garage, Perfect for Showcasing His Priceless Supercars

Rick Ross’s latest real estate purchαse not only has a famous pedigree, but it also has a record-breαking return on investment. Amar’e Stoudemire recently bought a home in South Florida for $3.5 million in an all-cash deal that went through in just four days.

It was the fastest closing in the history of the gated neighborhood where the home is located. The ex-NBA star has lived in the house for over ten years. Two guest houses, each with 1,314 square feet of space, and a nine-car garage make up the property.

The main house is a one-story building with four bedrooms, five and a half bathrooms, arched ceilings, and white marble floors. A chef’s kitchen, a s𝔢cret movie theater, an inner bar area with a pool table, and a yoga room are just a few of the places where family and friends can gather. The hotel has a kitchen, a living room, two bedrooms, and a bathroom.

Ross’s other home, a 12-bedroom estate in Atlanta, was recently revealed to be the main site for filming Coming 2 America.

With its 45,000 square feet and 109 rooms, the house looked just like a castle in the made-up country of Zamunda. People who worked on the sets made changes to Ross’s house. Ross told Variety, “They changed the wallpaper in the dining room, so I asked them to keep it.” The big dining table that fits 50–60 people was also made by them and given to me as a gift. It is seriously big.
