After 66 years of devoted career work, Arsenio Hall reaps the benefits of a spacious villa.

Given that he recently spent $5.2 million on a modern farmhouse-style home in the Calabasas region of Los Angeles, Arsenio Hall has, as one might expect, decided to list his amenity-rich mansion in the Tarzana neighborhood of the San Fernando Valley for sale.
