Steph Curry, the star of the Golden State Warriors, is leading a luxurious life in his new home in Silicon Valley.

Formerly residing in a relatively small 7,535-square-foot Atherton estate on 1.18 acres, Curry has since relocated to a significantly larger home in the most expensive zip code in the country.

According to new information from Front Office Sports, Curry sold his former property for $31.2 million to billionaire Forrest Li near the end of 2021.

That’s $1.2 million more than what he paid in December 2020 for his brand-new 17,761-square-foot home.

Curry is unbeatable.

The present residence of the four-time NBA Champion is situated on a 1.7-acre site in Atherton.

In addition to a movie theater, bar, wine cellar, swimming pool, and sundeck, it has seven bedrooms and nine bathrooms.

The home’s master bedroom reportedly boasts a marble bathtub, a wet bar, and a fireplace of its own.

With high ceilings and numerous huge windows that let in a lot of natural light and serve to connect the inside to the lush grounds it sits on, the home has a surprisingly spacious feel to it.

Curry has previously shown himself to be a skilled businessman, so it comes as no surprise that he has the acumen to flip properties and make money off of them.

With a projected salary of $95.1 million this year, Curry, the best paid player in the NBA when he’s not on the floor, is the second highest earner in the league overall.

In addition to his other business endeavors, including his content company Unanimous Media, his recently released children’s book I Have a Superpower, and his relationship with Under Armour, Curry is entering the first year of a new four-year contract, valued at a reported $215.3-5 million.
