The famed NBA player, 38, previously destroyed a $37 million mansion situated on a hillside in Beverly Hills.

In 2020, James made the initial of the land in the well-known Los Angeles neighborhood.

He was able to remove $2 million off the asking price of the $39 million tract of land.

Built in the 1930s, the original four-bedroom house included seven fireplaces, two separate guesthouses, eight bathrooms, a tennis court, a movie theater, a swimming pool, and a pool house.

Although the Mediterranean-style mansion had views of the Pacific Ocean and Beverly Hills, it seemed James had a better idea of how to best utilize the breathtaking views.

The new house’s foundations are starting to take shape, and a portion of the property seems to have been built into the hillside.

Other places on the property have pillars built around the perimeter with retaining walls in place.

When completed, this will be the most valuable asset in James’ real estate collection.

He also has a $23 million property in Brentwood, California, which he has owned since 2017.

The spectacular 16,000 square foot main James family home has eight bedrooms and eleven baths.

Comforts including a movie theater, wine cellar, cigar room, and spa with massage, sauna, and steam rooms are all included in the residence.

In addition, James has a $9 million house in Ohio, his native state.

This 30,000-square-foot property, which was bought for $2.1M back in 2003, features six bedrooms and eight bathrooms.

There are plenty of amenities there as well, including a movie theater, barbershop, recording studio, two-lane bowling alley, and aquarium.

James is getting ready for his 21st NBA season right now.

The oldest player still playing in the league, his latest response to learning he had accomplished this feat went viral.
