Within a $6.4M Encino mansion that has housed Megan Fox, LeBron James, and other celebrities

In one of Los Angeles’ most sought-after zip codes, you can’t swing a cat on a tree-lined boulevard without coming across an opulent residence owned or rented by a prominent figure in show business.

And many celebrities have called the posh semi-suburban San Fernando Valley community of Encino, which boasts a guarded mansion valued at $6.4 M, home.

The popular with famous people home has been occupied at different times by Lebron James, Cardi B, Megan Fox, and Mαƈԋιɳҽ Gυɳ Kelly. It is currently owned by Canadian recording artist and real estate investor Betty Moon, who bought the property with her late husband almost ten years ago for $3.54 M, according to tax records. Additionally, it has appeared in television series and movies like “NCIS: Los Angeles” and “Lethal Weapon.”

Situated on almost half an acre of beautifully landscaped grounds, the Mediterranean-inspired home was first constructed in 1960 and has had significant updates and upgrades since then. A double-height formal dining room and a sitting room with a fireplace are two of the home’s various living and entertaining areas, which are located beyond the whimsically curved iron gates and road that encircles a three-tiered fountain.

Glass doors lead to the backyard from the family room, which has a built-in video center and wet bar. The eat-in kitchen features modern stainless steel appliances and a sizable island with a snack bar integrated into it. There’s also a library/office, a 12-seat home theater, a gym, and a card/billiards room.

Among the roomy bedrooms is the main suite, which includes a large marble bathroom with a built-in armoire for toiletries and bath linens, a fitted walk-in closet, and a double-sided fireplace between the sitting area and bedroom.

With over 40 different kinds of fruit trees, the spacious grounds offer everything one could ask for. Beneath the pool and spa overflowing into the terraced backyard is an awning-shaded outdoor kitchen and bar. Pickleball enthusiasts, take note: there is a sports court surrounded by a stone balustrade on the topmost terrace, and an open-air pavilion covered in rich vegetation and blooming plants is situated on an upper terrace.

Moon owns multiM dollar mansions in Pacific Palisades, Beverly Hills, and Malibu in southern California. She owns Cary Grant’s former Holmby Hills property, which she reportedly rents out for $35,000 a month, according to the New York Post. Additionally, one of her Malibu properties is rented by Isaac Tigrett, co-founder of the Hard Rock Café and House of Blues franchises.

Compass has Sally Forster Jones and Tomer Fridman listed for the Encino property.
