Al Nassr are prepared to bid for Manchester United’s defender Aaron Wan-Bissaka

Manchester United defender Aaron Wan-Bissaka is reportedly being considered for a move to Al-Nassr, the team led by Cristiano Ronaldo. This speculation arises following Al-Nassr’s unsuccessful £20 million bid for Tottenham right-back Emerson Royal.

Despite Man Utd triggering a one-year contract extension for Wan-Bissaka, keeping him at Old Trafford until 2025, transfer rumors persist. On Monday, SunSport exclusively revealed the rejection of a swap deal proposal from Inter Milan, suggesting a move involving Denzel Dumfries.

Wan-Bissaka, who has started 10 Premier League games this season, is drawing interest from Al-Nassr, aiming to bolster their squad for the second half of the season, as reported by The Telegraph. The Saudi club, featuring Ronaldo and others, is looking to narrow the seven-point gap to Al-Hilal at the top of the Saudi Pro League.

However, any potential move for Wan-Bissaka is contingent on Al-Nassr unregistering one of their foreign players, which currently includes Ronaldo, Sadio Mane, Aymeric Laporte, Marcelo Brozovic, Alex Telles, and David Ospina. Wan-Bissaka, who joined Man Utd from Crystal Palace in 2019 for £50 million, has played 177 games for the club. Despite the extension of his contract, the defender is reportedly a subject of interest from Al-Nassr as they seek to strengthen their squad.

As Manchester United faces challenges in the Premier League and Champions League, Wan-Bissaka’s potential move to Al-Nassr adds a layer of intrigue to the ongoing transfer speculations in the football world.
