Cristiano Jr. leads U13 Al-Nassr team in celebration of Arab tournament championship

Cristiano Ronaldo Expresses Frustration as Son Cristiano Jr Misses Handshake with Al Nassr First Team.

During Saturday’s Saudi Pro League game between Al Nassr and Al Fateh, Cristiano Ronaldo’s frustration was evident when his 13-year-old son, Cristiano Jr, failed to shake hands with the Al Nassr first team. Before kick-off, Cristiano Jr led the Al Nassr U13 side onto the field at Al-Awwal Park. The young players were celebrated for their recent title victory in the Saudi U13 Premier League and were paraded in front of the crowd.

As part of the pre-match ceremony, the U13 players were supposed to shake hands with their senior counterparts, including Ronaldo himself. The 39-year-old former Real Madrid star warmly greeted each young player who crossed his path. However, Cristiano Jr, who was wearing the no.7 jersey like his father, inadvertently walked in a different direction from his teammates and missed the opportunity to join the handshake line.

Ronaldo’s visible annoyance indicated his expectation for his son to adhere to the sportsmanship tradition of shaking hands with the opposing team before a match.
