Real Madrid’s top players to receive CPAP masks as ‘concerns over their performance’ grow

On Thursday, the hierarchy of La Liga powerhouse Real Madrid revealed their strategies for countering the team’s inconsistent recent performance.

An insight into the plans of the powers that be at La Liga giants Real Madrid to combat the club’s hit-and-miss recent stretch of form has been provided – CPAP MASKS

The trustworthy Mario Cortegana of The Athletic provided the information, confirming that Real Madrid’s training sessions will once again include CPAP masks.

Continuous positive airway pressure masks, or CPAP masks, are used to assess each person’s degree of fitness and endurance.

From here, individualised programmes may be implemented for every player in Carlo Ancelotti’s team, with the aim of maximising their physical potential for the remaining months of the season.

It continues, “In recent preseasons, head of physical training Antonio Pintus has extensively used the masks to record and analyze players’ oxygen and carbon dioxide levels.”

This new effort coincides with “concern” in the Valdebebas camp, as Real has only won four of the last eight games.

Particular concern was raised by Los Blancos’ most recent performance, which came against RB Leipzig on Wednesday night. To be honest, Ancelotti and company were fortunate to escape elimination from the Champions League in the round of 16.
