Kevin Durant, a living legend and former player for the (struggling) Golden State Warriors, formerly resided in this unmistakably modern home atop the Oakland Hills.
The mansion he leased out is currently on the market for a whopping $5,998,888.
Typically, a pad of 10,000 square feet or more is referred to as an arbitrary manse, but who’s keeping score? 4614-4616 Rockingham Court is practically a mansion with its seven bedrooms, eight bathrooms, and generous 9,084 square feet. A private basketball half court, floor-to-ceiling windows, an in-home theater, a curved staircase going to upper and lower levels, a circular driveway, and an impressive amount of space are all features of this expansive property.
Like Lisa Vanderpump’s Beverly Hills Villa Rosa, this one has stylish glass front doors (without the overabundance of pink and fauna) and a very posh backyard with a lawn and a concrete patio.
The 2005-built property features two independent flats, each designed by Michael Burgess. Additionally, you can see Kevin Durant’s livestreamed tour of the mansion here.

Russell D’аngelо Sаcks оff Relаtiоnship Between Dаrvin Hаm аnd Ex-Lаkers Guаrd fоr WCF Scаndаl

The reason I couldn’t have a connection with Darvin is because of [Schröder’s] friendship with Darvin,” Russell told ESPN in a feature story that came out on March 13.
‘Bro, this is what we should do.'” I could have gone to the coach for advice when I was having trouble. “I can lend you a hand,” in other words. The converse was nonexistent instead…. I merely acknowledged it.
And now I’m here and he’s gone because we were swept. Our odds are good, too.
Schröder played with the Atlanta Hawks for his first five years in the NBA, and from 2013 to 2018, Ham served as an assistant coach for the team.
After playing a pivotal role in the previous two rounds against Memphis and Golden State, Russell saw his minutes substantially reduce and struggled in the Denver series. As a result, Ham relied largely on Schröder. After Schröder’s free agency, Russell admitted he was hesitant to play for the Lakers again this year.
Russell said ESPN that the team was prepared to “do whatever it took” to keep him on staff. “And I thought, ‘Are you going to give me a break, though?'”
The Love/Hate Relationship Between D’Angelo Russell and Darvin HamAccording to the ESPN article, the Lakers starting point guard and their coach had a tense relationship that culminated in a January altercation in the film room.
When cоаch Hаm аsked fоr mоre effоrt frоm the teаm in their executiоn, pоint guаrd Russell gоt аngry аnd wаnted better tаctics.
ESPN quoted Ham as saying, “There’s times we agree to agree, agree to disagree or come to an understanding” when asked about his communication style with Russell.
The dialogue itself isn’t the problem; getting the chance to have it is. Words cannot express how important that is. I can approach him, express my feelings, and try to find common ground with him; alternatively, I can ask him to see things from my perspective more; or he can tell me that I need to trust him more and see things from his perspective. Plus, the partnership is functional.
D’Angelo Russell’s AdvancementAfter Ham benched Russell in December, he became a better player. The starting point guard for the Lakers actually enjoyed their arguments.
We useԀ it fоr tennis, Russell tоlԀ ESPN. “He hit the bаll tо me, аnԀ I returneԀ the hit….” Thаt is the time оf yeаr. Thаt’s whаt yоu get when yоu cоmbine 82 gаmes, аnԀ we mаԀe it.
Russell, the former No. 2 overall choice of the Laker’s, has stepped up to the plate since making his starting debut in a January 13 road loss at Utah, when he scored 39 points—a previous season-high—to establish himself as the team’s unchallenged No. 3 player, and occasionally No. 1 option when LeBron James sits a game.
Russell has gone 26 games without a loss since then, and in that time he has averaged 22.5 points, 6.4 assists, and 3.3 boards.
Russell insisted he had prepared well and swore he would not sit out another playoff game.
“I’m prepared,” Russell informed ESPN. “I prepared for this exam.”
