He said at the time that he was just ready for the sneakers to be released after unveiling them on court. But Nike wasted no time with a full rollout, which included multiple hues that fans have flocked to ever since.
Choosing a sneaker company to sign with is a tough decision for many players, but Ja Morant has always had his heart set on Nike. He was reported as stating in the aforementioned AndScape interview:
I informed my family and agency that Nike was my first choice, even though other offers came in. Honestly, I couldn’t care less about competing companies.
