After signing a 2-year contract extension worth $97.1 million last year. LeBron James has officially become the highest-paid NBA player ever.

LeBron James’ net worth might go as high as $1 billion. It’s no surprise that the Los Angeles Lakers player spent $103.9 million on a collection of luxury villas to better the lives of his wife Savannah James and their three children. Let’s take a look at some information about these expensive villas.

LeBron James’ Beverly Hills mansion

LeBron’s most recent home purchase, also the most valuable, was in 2020, when he paid $36.8 million for a massive, 13,000-square-foot Beverly Hills property consisting of at least four structures. The home was formerly owned by Katharine Hepburn, but LeBron purchased it from its most recent owners, Bill and Lee Phillip Bell, co-creators of the soap operas The Bold and the Beautiful and The Young and the Restless.

The 1930s Mediterranean-style home with stunning vistas of Los Angeles and 2.5 acres of land. It also has a large motor court for his several cars, four bedrooms, eight bathrooms, high ceilings, a screening room, seven fireplaces, and complete walls of glass sliders for maximum indoor-outdoor flow. Outside, there is a lighted tennis court, two detached guest homes, a large swimming pool, and a pool house with two bathrooms.

LeBron James’ Brentwood Mansion

LeBron owns two properties in the Los Angeles area of Brentwood. One he purchased in 2017 for $24.5 million looks to be his primary property and is often featured on his Instagram. The mansion was built that same year and has a modern aesthetic with marble finishes in almost every room.

It measures slightly under 16,000 square feet and contains eight bedrooms and eleven bathrooms. This property, like his Beverly Hills home, has floor-to-ceiling windows that allow for an indoor-outdoor flow between the main living spaces and the wide garden. One of the major living spaces also features full sliding glass doors.
