Home Alone: Jack Grealish’s Injury Update Ignites Unexpected Response from Legs Enthusiast on Instagram

Following his near-month-long absence from competition, Jack Grealish provided an update on his injuries on social media.

The 28-year-old star of Manchester City hasn’t been spotted since hobbling off during his team’s 6-2 FA Cup thumping of Luton in February, and his return isn’t anticipated until after the international break. With so much attacking skill at his disposal, it’s not unthinkable that he won’t make England’s Euro 2024 squad, so he’ll be keen to finish the season well.

On Thursday, Grealish posted a couple pictures of himself at City’s training facility performing rehabilitation exercises on Instagram. A few pictures of him in the gym, on the treatment table, and even sitting underwater in a swimming pool were captured.

After posting the photo with the description, “Lonely month working my way back,” the former Aston Villa player received a barrage of encouraging comments, one of which came from the account “Jack Grealish’s Legs.”

With just 14 Premier League games played so far this season, the £100 million player has only scored three goals in 27 appearances across all competitions. This will be remembered as his least successful season wearing a City shirt if he is unable to score twice more before the campaign ends.

Grealish has totaled 14 goals for the Citizens in 116 games. Having been a regular presence in the Three Lions system since making his debut in 2020, he also has two in 35 for England.

Hopefully, he’ll be ready for the last stretch of the season, which might result in City’s historic second-consecutive Treble. With two months remaining in the Premier League, they are tied with Arsenal and Liverpool at the top and are the favorites to win the FA Cup as well as the Champions League.
