Real Madrid Pursues a Free-Scoring Bundesliga Defender Valued at €50M

Real Madrid wants to sign a free-scoring Bundesliga back for €50 million.

As we already said, Real Madrid wants to sign Bayer Leverkusen starlet Florian Wirtz because they see him as a player of the future.

It’s also no ₴ecret that Real Madrid is keeping a close eye on Xabi Alonso, the manager of a Bundesliga club. They see him as the next manager to replace Carlo Ancelotti at the Santiago Bernabeu.

Recently, it has come to light that the Spanish capital club is interested in someone else in the German team.

Real Madrid is interested in Jeremie FrimpongIn fact, writer Rodra P said that Real Madrid is very interested in Bayer Leverkusen right back Jeremie Frimpong.

The 23-year-old Dutch defender has done great since moving from Celtic to Di𝖊 Werkself in 2021. His game has reached a whole new level under Alonso, especially when it comes to attacking.

Frimpong has scored 12 goals and set up 11 others in 34 games across all events this season, which is a strong sign on the field.

Real Madrid does need to replace Dani Carvajal with a long-term player soon, and Frimpong could be a possibility. However, they also like Trent Alexander-Arnold of Liverpool.

Not sure about FrimpongBut even though Real Madrid is interested in Frimpong, they are not as sure about the 23-year-old right back as they are about Florian Wirtz.

There are no doubts about how good he is going forward, but Real Madrid has worries about the Netherlands international’s defensive skills because he often gets caught off guard.

Frimpong is worth €50 million on the market, and his deal with Bayer Leverkusen lasts until 2028. If Real Madrid decides to go after him, he won’t be cheap.

That being said, the Merengues are still keeping an eye on the Dutchman for now.
