Stephen Curry’s Journey to NBA Stardom: The Inspirational Influence of His Mother’s Guidance

Sonja Curry, who is married to NBA star Stephen Curry, recently talked about her first abortion and her choice to save her second child.

The name of Sonja’s new book is “Fierce Love: A Memoir of Family, Faith.”

She said it was hard for her to talk about how she had an abortion with her first child.

“Almost couldn’t go in the book,” she told Luke Norsworthy on the Newsworthy with Norsworthy Podcast.

On the other hand, Sonja said she felt like “Spirit was guiding” her about what to write in her book. She finally talked about how she decided to have Stephen, her son.

“But when it came down to making basic choices like the ones I had to make, there was no Stephan,” Curry said. “Wade Stephen Curry II would not have existed if I had gone through that.” Furthermore, God had a plan for that kid.

She went on, “And the Spirit interceding at that moment, in a way I didn’t even know was happening, just spoke to me again about the reason, you know, of faith. And how might I best describe it? Just faith that says, “Okay, I don’t want to make this choice because it would be the second time.”

Curry continued, “And I don’t want to make that choice again. Now I just have to trust God to help me have this child.” “I have no idea what will happen between Dell and me after that.” Plus I only need to make one choice. I have to make this one correct choice.”

Even though she made the right choice with Stephen, Sonja said she feels bad about her first abortion and thinks about it “all the time.”

Sonja had two boys, Stephen and Seth, who are both NBA players. Stephen has won three NBA titles and named NBA Most Valuable Player twice.

Stephen tells the tɾuth about his faith too.

Stephen Curry, a point guard who will go into the Hall of Famҽ, recently became the best scorer in NBA history.

It’s cɾazy faith that got me into basketball in the first place, and to think that I could do it now, in front of Ray… “Having my own is special,” Curry told TNT after the game.

After the game, Allen and Reggie Miller, who held the previous record, gave Curry a shirt with the number “2,974” on it.

Curry also said, “This is very special.” It’s been a while since I’ve thought about this number. And I put the number on my shoes too. This is pretty unique in the history of basketball.

Curry said, “These two legends—I watched them as a kid and learned how to shoot the ball from them and my dad—full-circle moment.” “There is no doubt that I am blessed.”
