Stephen Curry continues to add accolades to his already remarkable career. The Pro Basketball Writers Association’s Magic Johnson Award, which goes to the NBA player who best blends on-court greatness with collaboration and professionalism when interacting with media and fans, was handed to the top player of the Golden State Warriors.
Curry was the 2016 Magic Johnson Award winner, making him a two-time winner. The recognition comes just a few days after Steve Kerr, Curry’s head coach, won the Rudy Tomjanovich Award, which is the head coach equivalent of what Curry did on Wednesday.
