The star of the Los Angeles Lakers, Anthony Davis, has a new leg tattoo to add to his already remarkable collection.

The Lakers big man has numerous tattoos all over his body. Most recently, he covered a vast blank area on his leg with a giant bear tattoo.

Davis’s body is covered in memorials to his family.

In order to receive his new tattoos, Davis collaborated with tattoo artist Gregory Juarez.

An agitated grizzly bear appeared in the ink, nearly leaping out of Davis’ leg.

The four-time NBA All-Star has numerous other tattoos all over his body.

He had a massive new tattoo applied on his back this month.

The phrase “started with a dream” is inscribed on the tattoo alongside the NCAA Championship trophy and the Larry O’Brien trophy.

Davis has a tattoo of his grandfather, Lamont Eberhardt, on his right arm.

“Rest up Champ,” the tattoo reads, honoring his grandfather who passed away in 2010.

“I respected him. Davis recalled his grandfather, “Every day I would go to his house and we would just talk basketball.”

He pushed me all the time. He spoke about Kobe, Kobe, Kobe all the time. He was always pushing me to go out there and do some of the same things he did, rather than telling me to be better.”

The tattoo that reads “Chicago 1993” on the other side of Davis’s right arm represents the city of his birth.

Davis has a tattoo of his daughter Nala on his left forearm. An image of her face surrounded by flowers is printed in the ink.

There’s a big cross on his right forearm with the initials “RIP” above it, but it doesn’t say who it was for.

In addition, Davis has a collection of stars and his daughter’s name written in various places on his body.

One of the most significant tattoos on Davis’s body is an homage to Kobe Bryant, which he had done following his passing.

Davis received his ink next to LeBron James, who also had a leg tattoo honoring him.
