Antonio Rudiger flaunted an incredibly valuable watch as he celebrated Real Madrid’s Champions League victory in style.

In the Wembley final on Saturday, Real Madrid defeated Borussia Dortmund 2-0 to win the cup for the fifteenth time, and the German international played a strong defensive position.

Rudiger posed for pictures with the Champions League trophy on Monday on his Instagram account with Toni Kroos, another member of his international team, and David Alaba, who was injured and missed the game.

Viewers of Rudiger’s social media photo would have seen the pricey item on his wrist in addition to the renowned trophy they were flaunting.

According to BILD, the watch is about thirty times more valuable than the Champions League trophy itself, with a market value of €1.51 million (£1.29 million).

The watch is reportedly worth 30 times more than the Champions League trophy itself

According to reports, the watch is thirty times more valuable than the actual Champions League trophy.

According to the German publication, the Champions League trophy is only considered to be worth €50,000 (£42,600).

Rudiger also flaunted the watch in a video that was altered and reposted by the account “insaneluxurylife” after it was first uploaded on Alaba’s Instagram story.

A limited edition collector’s item, the Patek Phillipe Nautilus watch was created in association with Tiffany & Co. to commemorate their 170 years of partnership.

Only 170 timepieces are said to have been made, and Rudiger would have had to pay much more a year ago depending on when he purchased the watch.

This is due to reports that the watch’s value was €2.66 million (£2.26 million) last year.

Rudiger is not the only well-known figure in sports to be photographed donning the watch.

Superstar player LeBron James of the NBA was also spotted donning it at the French 24 Hours of Le Mans race the previous year.

When James waved the flag to begin the renowned race, the watch was clearly visible.

Saturday's triumph was the second time that Rudiger (right next to Alaba and Toni Kroos) has won the Champions League during his career - previously doing so with Chelsea back in 2021

With this victory on Saturday, Rudiger became the third player in history to win the Champions League (after Alaba and Toni Kroos). His first Champions League victory came with Chelsea in 2021.

Rudiger has now won two Champions League titles in his career; he first took home the championship with Chelsea during the 2020–21 campaign.

A year later, the German joined Real Madrid after they defeated Liverpool in the championship game, and the 31-year-old is now a crucial member of Carlo Ancelotti’s team.

After making 48 appearances across all competitions this season, he will now look to succeed with his country, which is hosting the European Championship this summer.
