Antonio Rüdiger, a top player for Real Madrid, responded on social media on Monday night to reports that he got into a furious argument with an international teammate.

To date, stopper Rüdiger’s name has dominated headlines throughout the day in his native Germany.

This occurs after BILD revealed that the former Chelsea player was involved in a physical altercation with Niclas Füllkrug.In the midst of continuing preparations for the forthcoming European Championships, Rüdiger infuriated his countryman Füllkrug by treating him ostensibly too roughly during Monday’s workout.

It all came down to the Borussia Dortmund striker going up against Rüdiger, which led to some pushing and shoving until the two were eventually parted.

This would have been the last news that anyone of a German persuasion could have hoped for, since the nation’s home Euro 2024 campaign is set to begin in just four days.

However, those who support this should not worry.

This is in light of the fact that Rüdiger has since taken steps to clarify that the matter has been settled and that he and Füllkrug have no animosity against one another.
