With personalized designer rucksacks and heartfelt farewells, Gareth Southgate’s 26-man England team left for the European Championship in Germany on Monday.

At St George’s Park, the team tasked with brҽaking England’s 58-year trophy drought welcomed supporters with individual bags from various fashion brands, including Jordan Pickford’s from Goyard, Jude Bellingham’s from Louis Vuitton, and Bukayo Saka’s from Bottega, which featured a humorous photo of the player with his son Arlo.

The whole team stopped for pictures and signed autographs, including Birmingham City product Bellingham who ran into an Aston Villa fan family. Dozens of young and old fans were present to greet them. The midfielder for Real Madrid quipped, “I almost feel bad.”

Players boarded a coach to Birmingham International Airport wearing all-black tracksuits and T-shirts bearing the Nike logo. Once there, they posed for photos before boarding aircraft BR0875A to Erfurt.

Captain Harry Kane said, “What have I packed in my bag?” in response to the question of what essentials he had brought for Germany. I am uninteresting. My essentials include an iPad, headphones, and a small amount of facial moisturizer. That will make the missus pleased.

Additionally, he called the prospҽct of taking home the Golden Boot and leading England to triumph at Euro 2024 the “ideal combination,” although he said that he would still be content if England won and he was unable to score.

Declan Rice of Arsenal stated, “We all have them, without them we would be lost,” as he packed up his PlayStation.

“It is a privilege and an honor, and it feels very real now,” he continued. Now it is appropriate.

“Our goal is to write history. We have a group and a boss who sincerely believe, even though we repeat this all the time.

We are confident that we can go there and accomplish something truly unique. Of course, that requires laborious work. That will be the primary focus.

We will definitely sense that from our hard work as a team, unity, and camaraderie, especially with everyone at home supporting us.

“Well, stay with us, think positively, and let’s see what occurs.”

After a pep talk from the Prince of Wales, the team left to cheers from kids.
