In Ibiza, Vinicius Junior is putting in a lot of work to get ready for the new season. He hired a big house and asked some of his best friends to stay there, including Reinier Jesus, a former Flamengo teammate who now plays for Real Madrid.

According to Diario AS, the Brazilian is working out with fitness expert Thiago Lobo to make sure he’s in great shape when he goes back to Valdebebas to start pre-season. He is also traveling with a French cook to make sure he stays healthy. For example, even though they’re not professional players, all of his friends train the same way he does. It’s all on him.

Last year, Vinicius helped Madrid win La Liga and the Champions League. He has scored 22 goals and set up 20 others in 52 games across all tournaments since the beginning of the season. Vinicius will also be eager to earn a starting spot for Brazil at the World Cup in Qatar.
