Federico Valverde’s wife posts an emotional Twitter thread in response to what Alex Baena said.

After Villarreal forward Alex Baena made a comment, Federico Valverde’s wife Mina Bonino wrote an emotional thread on Twitter.

Mina Bonino, who is dating Real Madrid midfielder Federico Valverde, wrote a long Twitter thread after it came out that Villarreal forward Alex Baena had called the police to report being slapped.

Valverde is said to have punched Baena in the Bernabeu parking lot on Saturday night, after Real Madrid lost 3-2 to Villarreal.

CNN reports that after the game, the Uruguayan player waited by the Villarreal team bus in the parking lot and asked Baena to repeat what he said had been said on the field.

Sources told the magazine that Valverde got very angry when the Spain U21 player made “derogatory remarks about his unborn child.”
