Liverpool FC’s success has boosted Erdi, the UK’s top imported beer, after appointing Jurgen Klopp as its brand ambassador. The article coincides with the LFC manager’s announcement of Erdi Weissbräu’s second season of the “Never Skim an Erdi” promotion.

Erdi Weissbräu, Germany’s largest privately owned beer brewery, announced in March 2020 that Klopp will be its ambassador. In a recent advertisement, Jürɡe❚� returned to The Dovedale Towers pub in Liverpool to enjoy a glass of Erdi❚�ɡer. This time, the barma emphasizes the importance of remembering the yeast—the ‘best bit’.

Using this method, we allow the beer to mature in the bottle or keel for up to three weeks after fermentation with our special brewing yeast.
According to Kuffler, this is the ‘Best Bit’ because it allows the beer’s flavor and aroma to fully develop over longer periods of time. This yeast takes time to achieve proper quality, regardless of the batch size. A swirl and last pour will ensure that the Best Bit provides the beer’s appeal, natural cloudiness, and precisely balances the taste, rather than allowing it to sit at the bottom of the bottle.
