The Williams family traversed a desert on foot, without any footwear, in order to reach Spain from Ghana. Now, their sons have become globally renowned football superstars

During their journey from Ghana to Spain, the Williams family traversed a desert without shoes.

 

 

At the moment, their boys are competing in the World Cup, serving their respective nations.

In the World Cup, Nico Williams made his debut for Spain against Costa Rica on Wednesday.

His brother, Inaki Williams, is expected to make his first appearance on the big stage when Ghana plays Portugal on Thursday.
