Dominik Szoboszlai has stated that having a Steven Gerrard tattoo on his figure was one of the reasons he chose to wear the number 8 for Liverpool.

Szoboszlai also got a tattoo that read, “Talent is a divine blessing, but without incredible will and humility, it is worth nothing,” because the well-known midfielder had a significant influence on him.

When the 22-year-old first arrived at Anfield, LFCTV asked him how he felt about wearing the No. 8 jersey.
