In a 13-second video posted on social media, Real Madrid showed off their third kit. The video featured club great Zinedine Zidane.

Adidas also published an image of Zidane alongside other legends such as Del Piero, Schweinsteiger, Viera and Rio Ferdinand, jointly unveiling the third kits of Real Madrid, Juventus, Bayern, Arsenal and Manchester United with a message: “legendary”

In the video, Zidane, a Frenchman, is seen kicking a football around at home. The camera then zooms in on a gray shirt, which is Real Madrid’s new third kit for the 2024–25 season.

Adidas also released a picture of Zidane with other football stars, including Del Piero, Schweinsteiger, Viera, and Rio Ferdinand. They used the picture to eveal the third kits for Real Madrid, Juventus, Bayern Munich, Arsenal, and Manchester United, along with the word “legendary” next to them.

Instagram users have liked the post more than a million times. Real Madrid also got 200,000 likes on X in less than an hour.

The shirt for women costs $125, and the shirts for kids start at $95. The cost to add a name and number to your kit is $25, which is also the cost of one of the two sleeve patch choice.

The UEFA Super Cup is coming up, and Real Madrid will play Atlanta in Warsaw, Poland, on August 16. This is likely to be Kylian Mbappé’s first game with the team.
