Bellingham builds $10M mansion

Jude Bellingham builds a house for his parents and himself in a wealthy area.

According to the Sun on August 26, Jude Bellingham has just started building two mansions on a plot of land in the wealthy Barnt Green area, Worcestershire, England. The construction cost is up to $10 million. The Real Madrid midfielder bought the plot of land in April 2023 for $1 million.

The first mansion has four floors, five bedrooms, two living rooms, a large kitchen, a cinema, a swimming pool, a sauna, a gym, an entertainment area and a bar. The second mansion has a similar design. Bellingham gave one to his parents and uses the other whenever he returns to England.

Many celebrities also own real estate in the Barnt Green area, including two players Ollie Watkins, Jack Grealish, former coach Ron Atkinson, businessman Ben Francis and singer Jamelia. The average cost of building each house is about $1.3 million.

Bellingham grew up in the training ground of English first division team Birmingham City, but moved abroad in 2020. After three years playing for Dortmund in Germany, the 21-year-old midfielder moved to Spain to play for Real Madrid in 2023.

According to the Sun, Bellingham is receiving a weekly salary of $450,000 per week at Real Madrid. In addition, this player also has a bonus of $90,000 depending on his performance and minutes played.

In his first season playing for Real Madrid, Bellingham scored 23 goals in 42 matches, winning the Champions League, La Liga and Spanish Super Cup. This season, he also won the European Super Cup, but was injured and had to rest for a month. With the England team, Bellingham reached the final of Euro 2021, 2024 and the quarter-finals of the World Cup 2022.
