Real Madrid midfielder may be sidelined for three months due to an injury

A Real Madrid player could be out for three months with an injury

Dani Ceballos could be out for three months because he hurt his ankle against Real Betis over the weekend. This would mean that Real Madrid would not have his services.

Real Madrid are facing the prospect of being without the services of Dani Ceballos for the next three months due to the ankle injury which the midfielder suffered against Real Betis at the weekend.

In the summer transfer window, there were a lot of rumors that the Spanish playmaker would be leaving Real Madrid. However, the deadline passed, and the player was still at the Bernabeu.

On Sunday, Ceballos started against Real Betis, the team he used to play for. Jude Bellingham and Eduardo Camavinga were both out for the European and Spanish winners.

But the 28-year-old had to be taken off in the 65th minute because of an ankle injury in what turned out to be a 2-0 win for Real Madrid.

Ceballos has been diagnosed with “a grade three sprain with ligament damage” by Real Madrid. The playmaker will be out for a long time as a result.

Ceballos hurt his ankle badly against Real Betis.

“After tests today by Real Madrid Medical Services on our player Dani Ceballos, they found that he has a grade three sprain with ligament damage in his right ankle.” “His progress will be tracked,” Real Madrid’s website said in a statement.

Real Madrid has not said when Ceballos will be able to play again, but because of how badly he was hurt, he might not be able to for three months.

Because of this, Ceballos might not be able to play again until the beginning of December. He could come back against Girona on December 7, though, based on how his recovery goes in the next few weeks.

Even though Toni Kroos retired over the summer, Real Madrid didn’t sign a new midfielder. Bellingham moved back into a deeper spot because Kylian Mbappe joined the team in the final third of the field.

When will Camavinga and Bellingham come back?

Both Bellingham and Camavinga will be back this month, but it’s not clear if they’ll be ready right away after the international break.

Real Madrid’s next game is against Real Sociedad on September 14. After that, they have a busy stretch with games against Stuttgart in the Champions League, Espanyol, and Alaves in La Liga, all before their trip to Atletico Madrid on September 28.

The two midfielders should be back in time for the Madrid derby, but they could be on the field before that game if Camavinga gets better faster.

Aurelien Tchouameni pulled out of the France team earlier this week because of a foot problem, which caused Real Madrid another injury. At this point, it’s not clear how bad the damage is.
