Manchester United star Marcus Rashford unveils his first-ever signature boot from Nike, inspired by ‘sound waves’

After being a Nike athlete for his entire career, Marcus Rashford has been rewarded with his first-ever signature boot. The Nike Air Zoom Mercurial Superfly IX is customized with unique details specifically for him.

Since becoming a Nike athlete at the age of eleven, Marcus Rashford now joins the elite ranks of Cristiano Ronaldo, Neymar, and Kylian Mbappe as one of the few athletes to receive a signature edition boot from the brand.

Rashford first wore the Nike Air Zoom Mercurial Superfly IX during the Manchester derby, but now the boot has been officially launched, showcasing all the unique, customized elements in its design.

The Nike Air Zoom Mercurial Superfly IX “Marcus Rashford” comes in a sleek white colorway, highlighted by neon accents throughout.

The iconic Swoosh mirrors the shimmering soleplate and features an electric neon gradient of pink, orange, and yellow, outlined in black.

That colouring also features on a thin band that wraps around the heel, featuring the line “When you believe in yourself, incredible things can happen,” – a phrase that’s close to Rashford’s heart.

Rounding off the design, Rashford’s signature “MR” logo is added to the collar.
