Bellingham – Vinicius is about to get a salary increase thanks to Mbappe

Last summer, Kylian Mbappe joined Real Madrid on a free transfer. According to the Spanish press, the French striker only received a salary of 15 million euros/season (after tax) at the Bernabeu, much lower than the salary he received at PSG. However, this salary is still the highest at Real Madrid at the present time.

 

 

Previously, Vinicius Junior and Jude Bellingham were the two players with the highest salary (about more than 10 million euros/season). This made many people worry that there would be a “star win” in the Real Madrid dressing room. However, the possibility of that happening is predicted to be low.

According to OK Diario, “Los Blancos” will soon increase Vinicius and Bellingham’s salaries to match Mbappe’s salary in the near future. This means that the pair will earn an additional 5 million euros/year. This is a fairly reputable source of information about Real Madrid in recent years. They were the first newspaper to report that Mbappe had reached an agreement with Real Madrid in February last year.

In fact, increasing the salaries of Vinicius and Bellingham is also part of Real Madrid’s roadmap. Both players performed extremely well last season, contributing significantly to the Champions League title last season.

Therefore, it is reasonable for President Florentino Perez to hand over new contracts to this pair. Of course, without Mbappe’s arrival, this pair would hardly have received such a large salary increase.
