SCORE CHASE: Man Utd once again left fans disappointed with a 3-3 draw against Porto, despite Maguire’s efforts until the final minute

Porto and MU together created an extremely exciting match with a total of 6 goals and 1 red card. This can hardly be said to be an impressive performance by the “Red Devils”.

Porto is considered a formidable opponent for MU , especially at the Dragao stadium. The English team is facing great psychological pressure after a series of unexpected results recently. In this match, coach Erik Ten Hag decided to use an attacking lineup for the “Red Devils”.

MU started impressively with a coherent attacking style. In the 7th minute, Marcus Rashford received the ball from Christian Eriksen, dribbled skillfully before unleashing a decisive shot into the near corner, beating goalkeeper Diogo Costa. Just 13 minutes later, the score was raised to 2-0 for MU when Rashford assisted Hojlund to score.

But the MU defense played poorly in the following period. In the 27th minute, the “Red Devils” net shook for the first time after Pepe’s close-range header. Just 7 minutes later, striker Omorodion equalized for the Portuguese team.

On a brilliant day, Omorodion continued to score in the 50th minute to have a double for himself. Difficulties piled up for MU when captain Bruno Fernandes received a second yellow card in the 81st minute.

But in the midst of difficulties, the “Red Devils” showed their mettle when center-back Maguire jumped high to head the ball in the 90+1 minute, sealing a draw for MU.
