❗️Valverde, Rodrygo and Endrick will return to training with the team tomorrow
Real Madrid Heals Every Hurt Player on Schedule
After being unable to play for their national teams during the break, Vinicius, Militao, and Mbappé are back to their regular training schedules and will be available for the match against Celta.
Although there were worries about Lamine Yamal, who had a muscle overload, and Robert Lewandowski, who had a serious contusion, the international break has given Real Madrid’s injured players the perfect opportunity to heal.
A number of White team players were excluded from the national squads shortly before halftime for a variety of reasons. Due to a viral illness, Lunin was unable to play for Ukraine; Militao returned from Brazil with a left quadriceps muscle injury; Vinicius was unable to travel at all owing to a neck injury; and Mbappé, despite being initially cleared to play, was not called up by France to complete his comeback with the Real Madrid team.
They are all in great shape to resume training after this international break. On Monday of last week, Mbappé, Lunin, and Courtois came back a day ahead of the rest of the club, while on Tuesday the team started training again.
With no obvious issues during their recovery sessions, all of the players have trained, giving hope for their availability for this Saturday’s match against Celta. The players had just completed a double training session on Wednesday, all while being closely supervised by Carlo Ancelotti and his coaching staff.
In addition to the players sidelined by minor injuries, the Italian coach will have Thibaut Courtois and Dani Ceballos at his disposal. Despite not playing any minutes in the most recent game against Villarreal, the midfielder was still part of the team, and the goalie might start again on Saturday.
Not to be outdone, Brahim is still working out on the field and is recovering almost miraculously, even though he still has a few weeks left. Although David Alaba’s situation is special and patience will be used with the Austrian, he has been spotted on the sports city’s training field.
