Real Madrid gets all of its hurt players back just in time
Vinicius, Militao, and Mbappé were not able to join their national teams during the break. They are now training properly and will be ready for the Celta match.
Although there were worries about Lamine Yamal, who had a muscle overload, and Robert Lewandowski, who had a heavy contusion, the international break was great for Real Madrid’s injured players to get better.
Just before the break, a number of white team players were not called up to their national teams for different reasons. Lunin couldn’t play for Ukraine because he had a, Militao came back from Brazil with a strained left quadriceps muscle, Vinicius couldn’t even go because of a neck injury, and Mbappé wasn’t even called up by France to finish his comeback with Real Madrid, even though he was initially deemed fit.
All of them were in great shape when they got back to training after the international break. Mbappé, Lunin, and Courtois all got back a day early last Monday, before the rest of their teammates. The rest of the team started training again on Tuesday.
All of the players who were supposed to be recovering have practiced without any problems, which gives us hope that they will be ready for this Saturday’s game against Celta. It was just last Wednesday that the players did two sessions of training while Carlo Ancelotti and his coaching staff watched closely.
Even though some players are hurt, the Italian coach will still be able to count on Thibaut Courtois and Dani Ceballos. There was a midfielder on the team for the last game against Villarreal, but he didn’t play any minutes. The goalie may start again on Saturday.
Also, Brahim keeps working out on the field. He is making almost miraculous progress in his healing, but he still has a few weeks to go. At the same time, David Alaba has been seen on the Sports City training ground. However, his case is unique, and the Austrian will be given time.
