Haaland and Vinicius are two of the best football players in history.
Transfermarkt has said that Erling Haaland and Vinicius Jr. are worth a total of $220 million. This makes them the two most valuable football players ever.
Transfermarkt raised the prices of Haaland and Vinicius from almost $200 million to a very high $220 million in its October market report.
Before this, Kylian Mbappe was the only player to hit this level. He was worth $220 million in 2018 after a great season and winning the World Cup with France in Russia.
Lionel Messi and Neymar, who were each worth $200 million in 2018, are two other players who have been listed at the highest prices. Messi, 30, and Neymar, 25, were at the top of their games at that point. Messi’s market value has dropped to about $25 million right now, while Neymar’s is $30 million.
In January 2018, when he was still with Real Madrid, Cristiano Ronaldo was worth a record $130 million. His worth dropped to $80 million by early 2020, which made Ronaldo angry. He blamed Transfermarkt for undervaluing him and then blocked the site.
Transfermarkt says that Mbappe and Jude Bellingham, both of Real Madrid, are worth nearly $200 million each, making them the second-most valuable players right now.
In just over a year, Lamine Yamal’s market worth went from $27 million to $165 million, making him the third most valuable player in the world. Yamal won Euro 2024 when he was 17. Last season, Phil Foden was named the best player in the Premier League. He shares the same worth.
“Vinicius has kept up his good form this season. He leads Real Madrid and changes the game, just like Valverde. At the same time, Mbappe and Bellingham have shown signs of getting worse, according to Tobias Blaseio, an expert at Transfermarkt on La Liga market prices.
Last year was Vinicius Jr.’s best season. In 39 games, he scored 24 goals and set up 11 others, which helped Real Madrid win the Champions League, La Liga, the Spanish Super Cup, and the European Super Cup.
