Real Madrid almost ‘went wild,’ Bellingham got angry because Vinicius didn’t pass the ball

Real Madrid almost “pαɳic”, Bellingham angry because Vinicius did not pass

The tense moment between the star duo was the highlight of Real Madrid’s victory in round 10 of La Liga.

In the 44th minute of the match between Real Madrid and Celta Vigo, Vinicius dribbled into the penalty area, but instead of passing to Jude Bellingham who was in a favorable position, the Brazilian player made an inaccurate shot. This move made Bellingham unable to control his anger, and he continuously complained to his teammates.

Bellingham, 21, was left seething after Vinicius opted to go for goal rather than pick out a pass to him in the box

Real Madrid won 2-1 in the end, but this moment raised questions about the not-so-good relationship between the superstars.

In the 2024/25 season, Bellingham has not scored any goals and only has 2 assists after 8 matches in all competitions. Therefore, it is understandable why he is impatient when he continues to go through 90 minutes “without a goal”.

The arrival of Kylian Mbappe has made Real Madrid’s line more crowded, forcing coach Carlo Ancelotti to play Bellingham deeper to take advantage of the trio of Mbappe, Vinicius and Rodrygo. As a result, the English player no longer maintains the explosive form of the 2023/24 season (23 goals and 13 assists in 42 matches).

However, in an interview with the media after the victory over Celta Vigo, coach Ancelotti affirmed that there was no between Bellingham and Vinicius: “I have not watched the moment between Bellingham and Vinicius again, but if it happened, it shows that Vinicius is very brave and has a personality. I think it’s okay. Calm down, the two talked and laughed after the match. They have no problem at all”.
