Jude Bellingham is challenged in Spain for ‘going from 10 to zero’

Jude Bellingham is criticized for “going from 10 to ZERO” in Spain. The press questions his goal drought, highlights his “monumental anger” with Vinicius, and claims Kylian Mbappe has “eclipsed” him.

After Real Madrid’s goal drought reached 11 games over the weekend, Jude Bellingham came under heavy criticism from the Spanish press.

Following his sensational £88.5 million transfer from Borussia Dortmund, Bellingham, 21, had an amazing first season at the Bernabeu in 2023–2024.

In just 42 games, the English player scored 23 goals and provided 13 assists to help Real Madrid win La Liga, the Champions League, and the Spanish Super Cup.

But this time around, Bellingham is yet to create his account. The midfielder has been shut out by Spanish newspaper Marca after failing to score in nine games in 2024–25 and the last two games in 2023–24.

When Bellingham had ten goals in the same stage of the previous year, Marca described the midfield player as “going from 10 to zero in a year.”
