Two Roads, One Goal: The Story of Jude Bellingham, a Good Benefactor and Life-Changing

In 2008, a British couple was nearing the conclusion of their trip in Kenya’s vast coastal region when the lady asked their cabbie to show them about the neighborhood.

The wife, a retired teacher, believed that her only goal in visiting Mombasa was to observe the quality of education before returning home. But she had no idea that it would mark the beginning of a difficult yet incredibly rewarding adventure.

Along the way, Rita Fowler and her husband Geoff encountered the challenge that most Kenyan children in underprivileged communities face: getting a good education.

 

 

 

Jude Bellingham, a budding star at Birmingham and then at Borussia Dortmund, was someone Rita encountered along the way. Bellingham’s readiness to assist Rita in her humanitarian endeavors in Kenya catapulted their newly established Miche Bora Primary School to international prominence.
