Real Madrid revealed on Thursday that Rodrygo, a Brazilian right-winger, has a right thigh injury, which could keep him out of action for a while.
“Following tests carried out on our player Rodrygo Goes by the Real Madrid medical services today, he’s been diagnosed with an injury to the biceps femoris muscle in his right thigh,” the Spanish giant stated in a statement. “His recovery will be assessed.”
During Real Madrid’s 5-2 comeback victory over Borussia Dortmund in the UEFA Champions League this week, the 23-year-old Brazilian was pulled off the field in the 85th minute.

Thibaut Courtois, 32, who suffered an adductor injury in his left leg during Tuesday’s match, and Rodrygo are both expected to miss Saturday’s El Clasico match against Barcelona.
