Real Madrid might not have Rodrygo available for some time, as the Brazilian right-winger is confirmed to have a right thigh injury

Rodrygo hurts his right thigh for Real Madrid.

23-year-old got hurt in his return game against Borussia Dortmund on Tuesday.

On Thursday, Real Madrid revealed that Rodrygo, a Brazilian right winger, has hurt his right thigh. He may not be able to play for a while.

“Following tests carried out on our player Rodrygo Goes by the Real Madrid medical services today, he’s been diagnosed with an injury to the biceps femoris muscle in his right thigh,” the Spanish team said in a statement. “His recovery will be assessed.”

The 23-year-old Brazilian had to leave the field in the 85th minute of this week’s UEFA Champions League comeback win over Borussia Dortmund.

 

 

 

 

The match against Barcelona in El Clasico on Saturday is likely to be without Rodrygo and goalie Thibaut Courtois, 32, who hurt his left adductor in Tuesday’s game.
