Luka Modric’s €12M Madrid home features a massage room, gym, nine bedrooms, and a swimming pool

Luka Modric’s newly purchased home includes a massage room, gym, nine bedrooms, a swimming pool, and numerous other amenities.

Although Modric is one of Real Madrid’s most legendary players, he keeps his personal life largely private, focusing the spotlight on football.

The former Ballon d’Or winner is married to Vanja Bosnic, 37, with whom he shares three children. They first moved to La Moraleja, a neighborhood where several of his teammates also live, upon their arrival in Madrid in 2012. Recently, however, Informalia reports that Modric has upgraded to a new property in the same area.

He reportedly spent around €12 million on this modern home, which covers 10,000 square meters and includes nine bedrooms and nine bathrooms.

Most of the house is on a single floor, featuring a spacious living area, kitchen, six bedrooms, and a bathroom.

Guest accommodations are on the second floor, providing beautiful views of the garden.

Among its standout features are an 18-seat movie theater, a glass wine cellar, and a children’s room that stretches 80 meters and includes swings, a TV, and a climbing wall.
