MANCHESTER UNITED has launched a special edition kit and clothing collection in partnership with The Stone Roses.
The designs are inspired by the iconic album covers of The Stone Roses, with one standout kit featuring the paint-splattered artwork from the band’s debut album. The collaboration is intended to capture the essence of the 1980s ‘Madchester’ scene.
Eighteen-year-old Kobbie Mainoo, sporting a tracksuit top and bucket hat, was among the Manchester United players who showcased the new pieces. The collection was a hit with fans, many of whom called it “dope” and “cool.”
Mainoo, known for his sharp fashion sense both on and off the pitch, perfectly captured the essence of the Stone Roses in the promotional shots. The kit’s unique design is a tribute to the band’s cultural impact and its deep connections to Manchester’s musical legacy.
