In response to the accusations from his ex-girlfriend, the Argentine player said: “We no longer have a relationship. She chose her path, I chose mine, and that’s it. As for the lawsuit, everything is in court, we are waiting.”

Mac Allister added about his alleged infidelity with current girlfriend Ailen Cova: “I think this is normal in a relationship. She has decided to make public what she feels or believes has happened, but I know how things are, so I am very calm. Me and Ailen are fine, happy, building a life together in the UK and enjoying everything together.”

Mayan’s lawyer, Ignacio Trimarco, denied Mac Allister’s claims that his client was trying to his private life for personal gain. He said: “The mediation is over but there is no agreement. The case has been filed in court for a long time. It started more than a year and a half ago. We have not said anything, this information comes from the other side because Camila does not want to make this situation public. She is only asking for financial compensation.”

While Mac Allister is a star for Argentina and Liverpool FC, Mayan is now a social media content creator with over 740,000 followers on Instagram and 900,000 on TikTok. She often shares videos and pictures of her daily life as well as her makeup preferences on social media, attracting a large number of interactions.

Mac Allister has been playing in England since 2019 when he joined Brighton. The midfielder quickly made an impression with his passing ability and fierce in the midfield. He joined Liverpool in the summer of 2023 for a fee of £35 million, excluding add-ons.

Mac Allister has not scored or assisted any goals in the Premier League this season. But he is still an important part of coach Arne Slot’s squad. Mac Allister is preparing for the match against Paraguay in the 2026 World Cup qualifiers on November 15.
